Referrals
Initial Bookings
1.
Visit your GP to obtain a referral. Your GP can submit this directly to our practice.
2.
Once your referral is received and reviewed, we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
3.
Complete any pre-appointment forms and questionnaires.
4.
Attend your appointment.
Please note that while Geelong Psychiatry is establishing a permanent location, only one-off comprehensive telehealth appointments are currently available.
